The Arizona Court of Appeals recently weighed in again on the "unexplained falls" doctrine under worker's compensation. In a nutshell, where the cause is unknown or cannot be attributed either to a person or the job, the worker is presumed to be entitled to coverage if there are no facts that point to a different conclusion.
